Hey folks --

Anyone on this list using EphPod on Linux with Wine? I have the latest Win98
v2.58 version of EphPod running well on Wine (whatever is the latest from
debian unstable) and with all built in DLLs. It works well, but is not perfect
- I get access violations every now and then. Has anyone found a particularly
stable set up? I was unable to get EphPod 2.70a to run -- has anyone been able
to get it to work?

cheers,
-steve

I used it all the time before I moved over to gtkpod. I was using Redhat
7.3 + codeweavers wine. The font was not right though - some awful
handwriting thing which made using ephpod quite difficult. I did have a
crash once though - complete lockup - probably due to the firewire support
in redhat 7.3 - which trashed the files on the iPod. Now I used Redhat 9
and gtkpod - the user interface is quite different, but I like it.

At the time I was using ephpod 2.51 I think... and
